EARLY MARCH - NOT YOUR AVERAGE JOE'S FUNDRAISER - Please contact Kim Maiers if you would like to chair scheduling this.  We will use this email and the school blast to communicate the date(s).

​

LATE MARCH - AXE THROWING FUNDRAISER AT STUMPY'S HATCHET HOUSE - Please contact Judy Facciolo if you would like to help chair this.  It involves only tracking names and collecting payment once we have the dates from Stumpy's.

 

PARENT DONATIONS NEEDED!  The $75 parent contributions are desperately needed.  Please remember that Senior Prom Tickets and Yearbooks are free!  This $75 is crucial to covering the costs of this event.  If you could please send it to our Treasurer ASAP along with the PARENT LETTER.  Mailing info below.

 

Decorating at the Conrad Barn on Smithbridge Road:  We will be working at the barn on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-9 pm from September 19th through the Thursday before Thanksgiving and will pick up again in March through May. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

A few updates from our planning committee are as follows:

 

A successful Post Prom comes from the support of many parents from our senior class.

 

The Prom Showcase is a major fundraiser to fund the Post Prom event plus is a really special experience for our senior class.  For students to participate as a model in prom showcase, volunteer hours are required along with being paid up on the parent contribution.  The $75 parent contribution can be sent in with the students when they meet with the Prom Showcase organizers, sent in with the student to school to give to the office or can be sent to

our Post Prom Treasurer.

There have been many activities that provided parents with volunteer opportunities.  Additional volunteer opportunities are below:

Volunteer support is also needed for a lead to coordinate assembling the sports boards for many GVHS sports. Contact Colleen Burba to help:
